How to make the best masala tea
Ingredients:
- Water 250ml
- Whole fat milk / oat milk 400ml
- Ground ginger 50g
- Sugar 15g
- MASALATEAHK Tea Pack
How-to:
- Bring water to boil in a small pot, then simmer.
- Add ginger and MASALATEAHK Tea Pack to the pot. Boil for 10-15 minutes and keep stirring.
- Add milk/oat milk, continue to simmer until bubbles appear. Don't walk away - keep stirring.
- When the milk / oat milk mixture boils, continue to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar before serving. (Black sugar does magic!)
- If you want the taste like a pro - a few rounds of pulling can help the tea cool down a little and create some bubbles.
- Enjoy when hot.
